How long does delivery take?
Delivery times depend on your location. Zone I (EU countries) takes 3–7 business days. Zone II (surrounding countries such as UK, Norway, Switzerland) takes 5–10 business days. Zone III (rest of the world) takes 7–14 business days. All orders are shipped via FedEx.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email from FedEx with your tracking number. You can use it on the FedEx website to follow your shipment in real time.
Do you ship to my country?
We ship to most countries worldwide via FedEx. Check the zone cards above to see which zone your country falls into. If you're unsure or your country isn't listed, please contact us before placing an order.
What happens if my package is delayed or lost?
If your shipment is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please first check your FedEx tracking link. If the tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days, contact us with your order number and we'll investigate and resolve it promptly.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Address changes are possible only before the order is dispatched. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the correct address. Once a parcel has been handed to FedEx, we are unable to guarantee a redirect.
