Darewy guarantees the durability of this entire product for 5 years from delivery, under normal use. This free producer guarantee covers the whole product if it fails to remain durable under normal use.
Applies to new orders placed from 2026-10-16. Earlier orders keep the terms supplied when they were placed.
If the product does not remain durable under normal use during this period, Darewy will repair or replace it free of charge, including necessary labour, materials and transport, within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience to you.
Damage caused by use contrary to the supplied instructions, accidental external damage or alterations after delivery is outside this durability promise.
Natural variations and cosmetic changes from normal use do not by themselves mean the product has lost its durability.
To make a claim, email us your order number and a description of the issue; photos help but are not required: office@darewy.com. We will send return instructions and arrange or reimburse the reasonable shipping costs needed for the claim. No registration is required.
